The sun-room should not be included in a wholehousefan zone as drawing air through this room into the main body of the house would heat in the summer. However it could warm the house on winter and spring days . We can install a fan specifically designed to vent sun rooms and also additions with separate zone from rest of house. (about 500cfm)

To keep your home comfortable during the day and reduce air conditioner usage install an attic fan.
The attic can reach 150° and will become a heater/radiator to the house. Passive venting comes from gable, eyebrow and other vents. Whirlybirds increase airflow somewhat however the most powerful coolers are attic fans with thermostats at the gable vent or through the roof.
